This is my favorite quick and easy recipe for fudge. I could eat this every day and never get tired of it. Its a smooth, rich, delicious and creamy pan of chocolate goodness. So, if your having a bad day or if your stressed, use my favorite recipe as a medicine. I always say, “Chocolate fixes everything.”
4 cups confectionery sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup milk
1 stick butter
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 heaping tablespoon peanut butter (the more the better)
Melt the butter in a pan, and add the confectionery sugar and cocoa. After that is mixed up well, add the butter, vanilla and peanut butter. Put in a greased 8 inch cake pan and freeze for one hour. I hope you enjoy it!
